Know when to stop talking about

I think that I lived another first for me in my freelance life.  I responded to a tweet seeking an ICSU to make some web basis.

I met and exchanged with the client for a bit, to discuss their needs and my offers.Things were going in the right direction.Il seemed to be happy with the price I have quoted, and I felt as I had a decent handle on what were its expectations.   

  Towards the end of the discussion, the conversation that began quite professional had become almost casual. He asked me a question about a marketing concept, and I shared my thoughts about it.I understand the concept, but I told him he was tired and probably was not a good fit for his produit.Et then call received very calm.  It was still very polite and said that it would be in contact with me to get the project started, but I have not heard speak of him in a week now. 

I am enough that I was able to talk my way for a new project successfully.  Yay.But at least I learned to stop speaking.

I think my fatal error was interpreter sound tone casual as an indicator that the job was in the bag, when I would have listened more and less parlé.Avec hindsight, there was some indication that he was interested in this marketing concept, and I could have been more sensitive with the answer that I gave.Some would argue that I would be happy does not work with a client who wants to use obsolete; concepts that the customer is still not droit.Je believe that in this case, the customer gets what he wants from you, or it goes to someone another .i please, anyone who won this new project.

What my career right taught me on independent entry

When I was a corporate lawyer practitioners and dreamed of writing freelance, I thought that both worlds had much in common. Of course, I knew that two necessary for good reading, research and write some jobs. But apart from this skill set core, I've imagined with the ditching my heels, dark costumes and litigation bag, I would be leaving behind most of the professional rules and practices that shaped my life.

6 Methods to make your copy optimistic and fun

You have probably read enough articles, news, reported press and books to distinguish the different tones and moods in the writing style used by the ICSU or author.
